Budget & costs
Know if you're making money. Every day, not at closeout.
Estimate, forecast, billed, paid, for every job and the whole build, on one screen. The forecast moves when a bill lands or a bid gets awarded, so the number you're looking at is the number that's true. Contingency, draws and change orders sit right where you can see them.
Zero data entry
Forward the bill. That's the data entry.
Every project gets its own email address. Suppliers and subs send bills straight to it, or you forward from your phone. Jambr reads the PDF, works out the vendor, the job and the cost code, and asks you to tap File it. If the same invoice shows up twice, it says so.
Jobs & schedule
Every job, every sub, every date. One list.
Jobs run by construction phase with the tasks under each one: who's on it, what it's budgeted at, what's been paid, when it starts and ends. Drag the timeline and the dates follow. The week view puts the weather next to the pour.

The contract, what they've billed, what you've paid.
Open any job and the money reads like a sentence: the estimate, the contract with the sub, billed so far, paid so far, where it's landing. Every receipt sits against the contract it belongs to.
Plans
Your plans, by sheet number, on any screen.
Upload the set. Jambr reads the sheet numbers off the title blocks, S-101, A-201, and gives you a viewer that works on a phone at the site. Ask Jambot what the foundation sheet says about footing depth and it reads the sheet, not a summary of it.
Vendors
What you owe, and who you owe it to.
Every vendor on the build: committed, billed, paid, open balance. The number your bookkeeper asks for on Friday, without calling anybody.

Concrete + Foundation still shows awarded even though the slab's poured and $52k posted — want me to stage marking it complete with actuals so the board reflects reality?
